I'm surprised no one mentioned the old "everything that looks like Power Rangers to the average American, is Power Rangers" stereotype, being that this is a toku forum and we've all seen and been annoyed by this to no end. :redface2:

When I was in high school, I got something simular to that. Now, I usually bring my GBA a lot to pass the time during breaks. Naturally, I got alot of the GBA=Pokemon crap which annoyed me to no end.

It was hilarious, so I was sitting during my spare playing my GBA SP, and a group of kids walked up saying "Are you playing Pokemon?" The kid took one glance at the screen and shouted "He IS playing Pokemon!" Now keep in mind, I was playing Megaman BN 5 at the time. So I responded with: "If you don't know the diffrence between Megaman and Pokemon you MUST be retarded

I still get that from the people at work, but at least I know there only joking about it.

Lol, here's a story when I was in Drawing class:

Ok, so I tell this kid that my parents own a Chinese restaurant. Then this kid goes "YOUR CHINESE? I thought you were ASIAN!". (BTW, my parents are Vietnamese)

Here's another story (it's kinda offensive to some, I guess):

When I was waiting patiently in line, 7 black kids cut me in line when there was Chicken being served (and believe me, I KILL for chicken), and then the lunch lady had a big ass piece of chicken in the tongs when it was my turn, but when she saw my scrawny Asian body, she dropped it, and then dug through the pile of pieces, and picked out a ****ing small ass piece. WTF. Damn racists. It's as if she was saving it for those big black kids because they demand for big pieces, and I never do. I mean, what the ****?!

Also.... let's be careful here folks. I mean, I've heard things from normal goodly folk I never thought I'd hear and thought was gone from our generation.

Over on another board, I heard someone actually speak up against the Jena 6 and how "it wasn't that bad" or how "my daddy says black people think we owe them something."

Just reading that struck me something fierce and yeah...... just think before you say stuff is all I'm saying.

racism well being chinese means that i hate everyone, I'll be the first to admit that I'm a bit xenophobic towards white people since i went to a high school without any, but i'm working on it. i don't let racism get to me, i had a white suitemate up here in davis last year who kept telling me that this was america and not china.................................yeah it took a lot for me not to beat the crap out of him
