Well you could apply this to ANY pr season. If you go by that logic then the world is never in jeapordy of being destroyed or taken over because if the current team loses, we all know Tommy or the others will save the day, right?

Some things you just have to ignore in PR. Like turtles breathing in space.

Either way, I get the feeling that RPM might be breaking continuity and creating its own self contained universe. Which I dont care either way. I dont need continuity in PR anymore. I just want a good season.

Just dont think about it and enjoy whats there.

Both of these won't work.

In the NS/DT Teamup Hailey says at the end that the powers were gone and that the battle they had against Lothor took all the energy they had left.

In Mystic Force they run out of Power and when the civilians do the whole "we believe in Magic" BS it was for a one time deal. Only one with Magic still are the parents/Clare.

That's what I was about to say.

Either way they defeated the Master so logic would say that released all the magical energy he ate.

Now the tech teams could have the excuse that their tech got hacked by the super computer Venjix, but Mystic Force? The Quasar Saber?

Rangers arent superhuman, there flawed human characters who don't always get the job done. This is one of those instances where the villain won.

There's an explanation for everything...and in PR, you just don't see it that often, because previous seasons arent important when the attention is on the concurrent one. Venjix is a NETWORK, it fucked SPD's technology up, likely cut off their long-range transmission, isolated the entire planet, and got to work undisturbed. Let's not also forget Alpha was once capable of gaining access to Rita's "databank" in "Doomsday Part 2", so any kind of mystical source would have one too, and from there, the databank can be used against them.

Anyone else get a Zeo vibe from how the RPM suits are displayed in their headquarters? Very cool. Nice to see they are doing the helmetless scenes with the actors too like in Go-Onger.

also what would this entail for PR 09 is it going to be set in 2012 or are they going to reverse history in the show.

Maybe RPM is not part of PR continuity we are going to have to see.

And its bye bye Jackie so we have no one except mabey Koichi to advocate for continuity in a kids show.

I thought every show was a standalone series after Lost Galaxy with the exception of the teamups.
