According to FD on SPRC. Chip Lynn is back with PR and will be doing episodes 18-32 of RPM and may be working on the adaption of Shinkenger.

I dont think its true. If it was I think it would be bigger news then it is now

Not really. Just because others haven't worked on the show as long doesn't mean they haven't done their homework. Not everyone is Bruce Kalish who just doesn't care.

Ya but alot of the writers that Disney hires dont care... I mean Disney themselves dont care.

How do you know? Disney hires who they feel can get the job done. I doubt they go out of their way to hire people that don't care. Does Disney care about Power Rangers? They care about toysales. You can't really blame them for that. There are writers everywhere that are ultimately just there to get a paycheck, not because it's what they love doing. PR is obviously a difficult project to run, but Disney's not intentionally filling it with people who don't care. Even with Saban, it ultimately came down to money.
