Osama Bin Laden finally dead.

You really really don't understand humans and history, do you?

Oi! I do understand humans and history. Don't questioning me! I'm just saying that I predict that in the future it will be in a much better place than we are today!

It takes time to defeat the terrorist groups across the world that he founded and formed!

Now that he's gone, we will still have to battling them. Don't you dare to tell me that I don't understand!

Can't you understand that world is in safer place now without him being in it? Sheesh.

There will always be rebellion. There will always be "terrorists". The world is no more "safe" than it was thousands of years ago at the start of civilization. You seem to have elevated Osama bin Laden to the level of Hitler. He was a weak old man who probably held no more power in the organization than moral support by the time of his death. This is no great victory.

Of course, I know that.

You're not my history teacher, ok? I'm aware of that. Sheesh...

It won't be long before we finally move on to a brighter day ahead for all of us! 20 to 30 years from now

There is no such thing as "good guys" and "bad guys" in the real world, no such thing as proper "justice", "an eye for an eye" is a horrible mantra to live by and embrace

America is no better than the Taliban at times, what with their illegal attacks on defenseless countries and their holier-than-though vindictiveness dragging us into what is nearly a decade of conflict with no end in sight against the power of an equally blind and stupid RELIGIOUSLY-CHARGED fury that beleives their deaths are rewarded in the afterlife...that type of reasoning will NEVER be swayed by "peaceful negotiation".

So long as mankind is driven by basic human desires like greed, selfishness, insecurity, and a lack of understanding of their place in the universe, there will always be conflict.

How is the world a safer place? I swear stop pulling stuff out of the news.

Of course, I know that.

Your words say otherwise.

Damn straight. They cannot win, they has to know that. Tell me, how do you up against a very powerful country that you don't want to mess to begin with?

:redface2:

The world may not be a safer place but it's certainly no worse off now that bin Laden is absent from it.
