Unfortunately they will scatter, so they will be harder to find, the chain of command is damaged, so many will be trying to prove themselves to rise up, and they're going to be thrown into chaos, so they will become more reckless.
On the other hand, it brings hope and happiness to pretty much the rest of the world.

Well, terrorist cells are designed to work even if the leaders or a whole cell is killed, since each cell is independent of each other. If anything, I hope Bin Laden's death somewhat foils most of the plans since he is definitely one of the biggest masterminds of Al Queda.
