It's kinda funny though how it's more really about SUperman then is Batman...actually, the whole movie felt like another episode of the Justice League to me.

From what I know there is connection between Avengers: UTS and the other 90's Marvel shows. So I gotta give it a go either way, I'll hit those 13 eps and a bit of a mini-intro for the new Avengers show which you have been praising and I am looking forward to watching finally.

I think my excitement is really high for Avengers: EMH and Justice League. I love multi-hero teams.

So I finally sorted through everything and got all the info I need for the DCAU and MAU.

The stand alone movies look awesome too and I got em ALL ready to go as well.

The ones I won't be too eager to jump into are the newer shows, which I have seen episodes of. Those are shows my youngest brother may enjoy a lot more than myself.

I absolutely LOVED Season 3's return of Venom, Carnage, War Machine, Iron Man, and the Doctor Strange villiains team up. Man, I never remembered Spidey being this damn good.

Not yet. I am finishing up Spider-Man TAS Season 5 right now (They just got married!), then it's onto Spider-Man Unlimited, Silver Surfer, Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, Fantastic 4, Avengers and the Avengers/Hulk/Iron Man animated movies...

THEN.... Batman: TAS, Superman TAS, Justice League, and all the DC animated flicks.

When you start with DC, I highly suggest you start with the Watchmen graphic novel.

This. It's one of the best graphic novel ever, definitely better than the actual movie.

On the DC side you're also missing:
Legion of Superheroes

Too bad, it lasts only two seasons. Damn you, Warner Bros!

Shaun, I suggest you not to watch 90s Captain America film. It was horrible.

I'll agree about the 90's Captain America film, definitely. Although the upcoming one shows some promise.

Also, um....again....I don't think he's actually READING the comics, just watching the movie or TV adaptations. Animated or otherwise. Hence I suspect Watchmen the Film will be the only Watchmen he sees. (apologies if I got gender wrong.)

I never did understand why people go so nutso over Watchmen. I've read it at least three times now, and yes, it's good. Is it 'omgwtfbbq!' awesome? Well...I personally wouldn't put it in that category, no. But that's just me.
