I don't think it's that weird to have someone from another country/race in the show, since Eiji travels often it's possible the flashback happened in another country.

She didn't looked indian to me, but who knows (well the staff... but that's not the point).

Nah dude. She was black. I think it has something to do with Eiji's past. He did say that sometimes he's not even in Japan in the first episode.

I dunno. My wife said the same thing that she might be hispanic. But she kinda resembles my daughter when she was little. We'll find out soon enough though when they dig deeper into Eiji's origins.

Judging on a speculative level of how medals seem to work in this series, I'm getting a strong feeling that we'll get mass-produced riders of some sort using counterfeit medals. Man, I missed riotroopers.
