I mean, If you look back from the past heisei rider's "Normal-Form" design since Ryuki to Decade, they're mostly "armorish"; have lots/big/heavy-looking armor parts. Even being compared to metal-heroes.
Can't imagine if TOEI still decide to design a heisei rider with a lot of armor part, they will definitely use CycloneJoker-Xtreme Form as W's Normal Form design.
All-in-all, good job TOEI for get rid of the metal-heroes impression design in heisei rider (in this case, W. Not counting Accel though
).
