..which makes me wonder too.. I still can't believe that this is a Heisei Rider's "ULTIMATE" Form design .

I mean, If you look back from the past heisei rider's "Normal-Form" design since Ryuki to Decade, they're mostly "armorish"; have lots/big/heavy-looking armor parts. Even being compared to metal-heroes.
Can't imagine if TOEI still decide to design a heisei rider with a lot of armor part, they will definitely use CycloneJoker-Xtreme Form as W's Normal Form design.

All-in-all, good job TOEI for get rid of the metal-heroes impression design in heisei rider (in this case, W. Not counting Accel though ).

I found that if you ignore his head, he looks slightly more like a knight after you ignore his colour.

btw I kinda want to see the Xtreme Memory bullying the other memory and memory gadgets lol. great character development...for the memories...O_O
