Yes, it happened, episode 24 i think, it was the one with Liar Dopant.

I am just going to say this, those two episodes (23 and 24) are disturbing/hilarious for all the wrong reasons.

Yeah, he did do that, and he used a weird Memory Break by jumping of Accel's spinning wheel.

I think that us viewers were thinking, "Did he just ride Accel?!"

The scene with Shotaro chasing Jimmy on the beach was funny. Best Kamen Rider comedy moment ever.
