That's prolly my guess too..............if the Rider War occurs before the events of the Decade movie. Otherwise, Harden's theory might be a nice theory to go by right there
 
Some people here saw the movie thought, so lets just wait for them to post if it takes place before or after......or we can wait a week....>.>
 
But how many world are there?! I just want all the worlds to become one so all the riders live on one earth like we all thought before Decade came.
 
Toei just said that the movie "puts the period to the Decade story", which I took to mean that it comes after the series. Other than that we'll just have to see how #31 ends up.

Well, the confirmed Decade/Double crossover movie in December kind of gives this hint away at your theory.

And the man that saw the movie himself also co-signs with my theory that the events of the Decade movie will occur after the Rider War

Every world that Decade visited have merged after he leaves. But in the process, it's destroying them. Right now both Kazuma & Wataru can't coexist with each other. Not to mention that Kenzaki tells them that Daishocker isn't the true enemy.

Right now Tsukasa has to clean up the mess that he made.
 
There no specific group of villains since reuses old suits and made up some for specific group while true enemy is Decade himself.
