I think it's more likely to be a Narutaki Rider. Diend always summons 2 Riders at once when he calls secondary Riders.

Is there a scan of Amaki? And there's also supposed to be a new Rider for Hibiki's world called Gyuki. I'm guessing it's that red thing? But it's said to be an Oni Rider with an ox like appearance. That doesn't look anything like an Oni, nor does it have a belt.

I'm guessing Narutaki is either Gyuki, the red Makamou, a Rider called Narutaki who was just given the powers to travel worlds by someone (possibly DaiShocker, or someone that wants to oppose them.) or just a guy who travel worlds.

The scan that first showed the returning cast members also had a picture of Amaki. From what I could tell, she looks the same as Ibuki. Yes, Gyuki is the big red ox, hence the name. I'm not sure if he counts as a rider though, I could have sworn some older scans called him a makamou.

She was in the first Hibiki World scan, looked basically identical to Ibuki though.

That thing is Gyuki. Its face is an Oni mask, but it lacks a belt, so I don't know if it's officially a Rider.
