sorry just found it today

To be precise, it was circulated around the net during the time Obama just won the presidency since Decade was still airing then.

There was even a Kamen Rider Dubya when images of the Double Drivers were coming out:

It's a reasonable comparison. They certainly are creators who rose to prominence at about the same time, though I find Tomino personally more interesting.

What's heartbreaking with Tomino is that he did tremendous work with Xabungle, L-Gaim, and lots of other early 80's shows... but in the end, all anyone wanted from him is Gundam. That's terribly sad to me.

On the bright side, Tomino did get to make Overman King Gainer not long ago, and I'd consider that to be one of his absolute best series-- certainly one of the most groundbreaking modern mecha shows in terms of animation.

(There's a bit in SRWZ where you can see a cinema of every single robot in your squadron doing the "King Gainer" dance. I just about cried from joy when I saw it...)

I'm very sorry for bumping this topic again, but where is that in SRWZ?

I don't remember offhand, but it's toward the end of the game. I believe you get it when you complete one of the last major King Gainer plot events.

It is not a route-exclusive event, you will play through it regardless of your ending path or starting original.
