That could explain his lack of Amazons Register. Perhaps he didn't need the drug because he already has full control over his own Amazons Cells.

He doesn't need the Register simply because he's eating so many raw eggs daily to provide the protein to keep those Amazon Cells from controlling him. The Register does the same thing but only lasts for around 2 years.

OK how has nobody mentioned that Dr Maki's actor is in this, and playing a character named Tachibana?!

Also got a massive laugh from the bike introduction. It's just sooo out of place following that boardroom scene. Serious, serious, serious, and now a garrish bike with a custom cowling that looks like one of the characters' faces that makes lion noises when you rev it. :laugh:

I thought it was strange that said bike was colored more like Jin's Amazon

Well Jin was a researcher at the company, maybe even lead researcher on the Amazon project. His past there hasn't been revealed yet so it's possible he tried to warn them or tell them and they didn't listen. Just based on the board room scene seems like they cared more about their profits, or at least the head guy as more concerned about it as the Amazon cells were the secret behind their drug productions.

Calling it now. The head of Nozama company has a evil plan involving the Amazons and the Riders fight against the Nozama company in the second half.

I did feel the old man as an evil monster's boss from the start..
I wouldn't be surprised if later he is revealed to be one of the amazon itself

It's crazy how one episode flips my perception of the mother character. She seemed very detached and evil, but in the end she was actually hiding Haruka from her company.
She might not be that bad after all.

I get vibe of a guy looking for eternal youth or something through turning into an Amazon. He just doesn't want to be the first to try the process. Gotta sacrifice some guinea pig to get the kinks out and all that.

I have a bad feeling Mamoru isn't going to survive through the middle of the show... poor kid is too nice. He's basically on a timer unless they can recharge his armlet. I don't know why they don't give him the same treatment that Haruka did...

Exactly, i do think one of the possible reasons were eternal life/youth.
But then, it is kinda predictable, mainstream evil plan..hoping it to be much more complex in the end, but who knows!??
It's kobayashi, even if i am extremely happy about this series, i also feeling uneasy if remembering what kind of her show back then..

Well this is the same company that managed to track down all 4000 exposed people in order to give them a high-tech armlet that automatically dispenses their medication for them, but then two years later I guess lost these people's phone numbers in order to contact them about refilling their prescriptions and decided that the best solution was hiring a squad of hitmen to kill them after they've transformed. Seems like an equal mix of evil and stupidity tbh. :sweat:

It's to make it look more like the original Amazon's Jungler. Gotta keep those surface details to justify re-using the name on an otherwise completely unrelated project. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
