I got a response from Bede Skinner today

I wrote to all of the cast members a couple of weeks after PRJF started, and at this point, I thought I'd never get a response from anyone. Then I find a big envelope in my mailbox today from New Zealand. It doesn't say who it's from, but when I opened it, I could see a picture of Bede Skinner dressed up as Dai Shi.

Bede had a lot of interesting things to say. Nothing more than the first season of PR has aired in New Zealand, but he seems to be somewhat familiar with it. So he jumped at the chance to star in it when it came to him, and here he is now. He says the show's mature fan base adds zest to the show, and he feels its the actors' job to help create a great show that the fans deserve. He also appreciates the dedication of the fans, and says he finds it to be endearing and individual.

Bede describes Jarrod as someone who possesses many commendable qualities; among them being focus, discipline, tenacity, determination, and strength. He also sees Jarrod as confused, consumed with anger and emotion and is crying out for help. Thus he's an easy Target for Dai Shi.

One of his favorite episodes are "Ghost of a Chance II", namely the scene where Dai Shi and R.J. face off in the cage. Others are "Race to the Nexus" and all the others involving the Phantom Beasts, since you get to see Jarrod evolve as a person (let's hope).

Bede says he's closest to Holly Shanahan after having had done a great deal of scenes with her. He describes Jason as funny, Aljin as a nice guy, Anna as pretty crazy, David talented, Sarah as a very cool person, and Nicolai a fun guy.

When not acting, his other interests include film, music, cooking, reading, working out, and sports such as rugby and cricket.

Bede Skinner is definitely one of the best write-backs to me thus far. I got a response from him rather late, but I hope ones from a few of the other actors are on the way. I'll definitely be sure to share them with you guys if I get them.

That's great he plays his role of Jarrod/Dai Shi so well you think he isn't even a nice guy, lol.

This got me to thinking that he'd make a great guest for Power Morphicon if another one ever happened. Perhaps this time, I might even go, too.

I just hope he keeps the long hair when he gets unpossessed from dai-shi.

I hate that Quaker look.

And yeah he does sound like a good Morphicon guest.
