Hmmm good thought. I think we'll run the list.. and I'm sure once I launch the thread, we'll get some accurate numbers. If not one takes the mantle.. then we'll find another role for the alumni... I think I got that covered!
I'm still working on the storyline, I'm actually gonna have episodes and a summary for each of it. So that we're not just stuck throwing random ideas for the next episode. I'm gonna have it all summarized and finished, I'll even post the number of episodes we'll be going through before we begin.
I'm probably gonna summarize my custom riders from the series... Zwei and Den-Ojou. For the one who picks up Delta... Delta Cross will be available.
Again, before I finalize anything, if anyone has any ideas or suggestions... I'm completely open to them.

-I would suggest make an age cap for the new characters, it would help cement the feeling of the "new generation" if they're a bit younger than the old ones.
-Continue the "we know Kamen Rider as a TV series" aspect.
-Have the older characters as a unify group that's working on/towards something behind the scenes. Whatever the new characters are doing, it's all part of the previous one's plan. It would give a sense of grandeur to the overall plot.
-If there world hopping mechanic is still going to be used, maybe we should look into bringing the Negative World into the plot.

Okay, lets just put this down.
Almost all of the alumni (most at least) have had their riders "modified".
So perhaps just having us drop teh riders we used to have in favor of original ones.
For instance RK.
Just having him drop being Decade (for the new guys to use) and having him be his own rider.
I think it would make it feel much more like we're passing the torch.
Almost like, using these riders is a right of passage and when you finish you realize through the journey who you are.

Alright... while I concur with RK, I will also add in this... while it is a good idea for us to upgrade the alumni, but I don't want EVERYONE to upgrade. It just takes away the thunder from the new gen. What I'm thinking is... while we get the upgrades, it'll only be a one-time-use only deal... just so that we aren't whipping out new powers left, right and center. I think only 2 or 3 people will have the new powers, and it'll involve infusing the rider powers together... kinda like Digimon Frontier (4th season).
It'll be the "HJU" project. Kamen Riders Hero, Justice and Ultimate. I'll work on the combinations later.

Here's a a spoiler bit for the first 2 episodes, just to help everyone prepare...
Episode 1 – Rise of KnightMare.
KnightMare begins their plan in harvesting new energy for “the darknessâ€. Reaching into the mind of humans and feeding off their nightmares and fears. The old riders find themselves being needed once more but are unable to call upon the power. New faces arrive, to answer the call and become Earth's new hope of survival.
Episode 2 – A New Generation.
The new generation kicks into action as they go to work, all goes well until the power fades once more. The older generation find it within themselves that they much teach the new generation the true abilities of their new power. They go to seek out of other members of HJU, to see if they're still around to help teach the new generation. A new fight and a new journey begins.
I want to start the episode with lead riders from from each series and myself (Nami), as we will be the guides for the new generation. Everyone else in the HJU Alumni (secondary riders and extras), will be on standby in their worlds until we arrive. The first riders to awaken will be Decade, Kiva and Agito.
The nerf for Decade this time around is that, in able to transform and use the abilities of other riders, the other riders must awaken their powers. If Name A can't awaken Faiz... no Faiz for Decade.
