I'm hearing that Goggle V has all of this and Dynaman is the worst of the group.
Quite the opposite, actually. Dynaman is thought of by many fans as having some of the best action sequences in any tokusatsu series. The story may be lacking in areas and the series starts off fairly comedic, but I found it to be a lot more enjoyable than Goggle V. You'll especially like the episodes with Dark Knight, the series' version of Bio Hunter Silver.
Goggle V's generally regarded as one of the weakest sentai shows. It did well at the time of its airing from what I know, but it didn't really catch on with regular fans. I don't think it's
that bad, but it's certainly not near my favorites. But like Dynaman, Goggle V has the awesome Jun'ichi Haruta (Mad Garren), so either it's worth at least one viewing.
JAKQ's good for a darker fix, and I find Denjiman to be enjoyable (despite some of the worst villain designs this side of Goranger). You may like Sunvulcan, although I find it gets a bit campy in its second half trying to pay too much homage to Goranger. Goranger...save that one for last due to its length and age. While the last twenty or so episodes has some cool action (courtesy of the Japan Action Club and Junji Yamaoka), I'm not sure if you'd like that one so much. Goranger would be a pretty cool show if they had a better designer, because those villain designs just about ruin anything cool that the show does. I personally enjoyed Battle Fever J, but like Goranger, it's probably too dated (moreso than the others) for you to enjoy.
Then again, you seemed to surprisingly like Janperson, so...
