Well it does seem pretty lame and try hard, but he does have a point in what hes saying with the illuminati stuff. Personally Jay-Z does have more skill in rapping but, Id rather vote for Hammer just because Jayis a scum bag + sore loser when Nas handed his own ass to him.
+ Those MMA fighters where terrible, knowing from having boxed my self and still doing my boxing routine, those guys are utter trash along with what Hammer was doing (though Id bet hed whip Jay's ass in a fist fight)

I think Jay-Z won that Nas beef. Nas lost all mainstream appeal after that and Jay-Z just got bigger, he started to date Beyonce and The Blueprint 3 is one of his most successful albums

Well I dont think mainstream appeal has anything to do with it or skill, especially when you look at todays mainstream music and see how its all terrible. And Jay's always been more mainstream and collaberated with popular artists now a days way more than Nas, who hasnt even attempted. Plus when you look at what hes associated with (main reason for the diss), not to surprising that hes at the top of mainstream when he puts something out, not saying thats the only reason, his music is good. But the influence is there.
Plus I've heard more rappers say Nas won that one over Jay Z. I dont think I've ever heard another rapper say Jay won now that I think of it.
