Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core (PSP)

I'm downloading it now. So the battle system is like the one in Kingdom Hearts II? That's good, because I fucking adore that game :buttrock:

kiinda but not really its more like an action based battle.. more like ff12 in my opinion.. buuuut you couldn't really run away from battles like KH's.. but you could certainly run into them ><

i love the fact that we can level up the materia like the orig game though :D .. buuuut i hated combining them..i never knew what was going to turn out -_-

I've only had a chance to play-test this game at a shop a while back, but if I ever decide to get a PSP, this is definitely a game I'm buying!

By the way, does Sony sell games through Internet downloads? So far I only check their PS3 offerings on the PS store, but if it's possible to buy games through the store for download, that would be pretty cool.

No, my PSP has a custom firmware so it can play pirated ISO's. It's better than paying to rent it, and usually if it's a truly awesome game I'll pick up a copy anyway. Even if I don't, the amount of people who can play pirated ISO's on thier PSP's is so small that it doesn't really make a difference sales wise.

PSP game downloads from one torrent site:

God of War: Chains of Olympus - 94,154
Patapon - 112,183
Ratchet & Clank - Size Matters - 197,113
Crush - 48,959
LOCO ROCO - 163,904
Wipeout Pulse - 116,965
Castlevania X Chronicles - 102,354
Metal Gear Solid - Portable Ops (Not Including Plus) - 231,054
Burnout Dominator - 269,486

Not exactly small numbers. Especially damaging to smaller games that need the sales like Patapon, LocoRoco, Crush and Castlevania.

Piracy is piracy no matter how you justify it. Yeah, I download stuff to try it out too so I am most definitely a hypocrite, but it's still stealing.

Right, I forgot this is HJU for a minute there. Pirates ahoy!

Anyway, I prefer to buy my games. They don't charge an excessive price for them and that way I support the developers, some of which really need the money to survive and/or have an opportunity to create sequels or other great games.

In the end, anyone chooses to do what they like and I guess there'll always be reasons to justify piracy. Personally, I prefer to buy games so that these developers have a chance to give us more great games.

If you want to pirate stuff great, I do it. you do it, we all do it pretty much. But come on don't try and use false justification ;P If you don't buy a game that is made, that makes a difference sales wise.

I used to download games, but I have since stopped. I love opening a new game I just bought. I also love the companies like Atlus, I really want to support them.
