Bio: Nami has an over developped maternal instinct and spent a good deal of her childhood taking care of her younger brothers while their parents were busy making ends meet. She would deny herself time with friends to stay at home with them, with only books as companion. Often time she would find herself forced to intervene in protecting her brothers from bullies and other various physical peril, but she didn't care and soon picked up a few aikido maneuvers to help her better defend her little brothers.
Once her brother were old enough to take care of themselves she found herself unable to truly connect with others, rarely being able to assert her feelings. She kept to her book and study and soon she had a become a litterature teacher and got hired at a local high school. She was already there when Mitzuki was hired and was one of the few to actually recognize the former fighter, as her brothers used to be fan of him.
She quickly became a student favorite for all sorts of reasons, including her good look. Most importantly, due to her duty as homeroom teacher in charge of a class her maternal tendency appeared once again. She would often get involved into her student's trouble and would always do her best to help them when they were in trouble. She even once gotten herself in trouble with a street gang when she decided to help her student quit them, but even after taking a few bruises she somehow got out of there with her student and the thugs never bothered him again. With her selfless devotion to other to the point of ignoring her needs and her introvert disposition around others she has yet to find love, but it doesn't bother her much, no matter how many 'Christmas Cake' mentions she gets.
As Go-on Azure she is constantly worried about the younger Go-onger and she makes the protection of civilians her number one priority. She would feel far more comfortable if her younger teamates didn't have to put themselves in danger all the time. Luckily her Damper Shield can take many hits, without it she would have thrown herself in the path of man an energy blast or projectile with no hope of survival.
