Amrita listened quietly as Kazuma talked. She understood his feelings well. "I wasn't told about anyone else until we met to be honest." She cast a look at Jetras who in turn looked apologetic.
The pair entered the shop and after getting drinks sat down in a corner to continue their talk.
"My time in the military taught me that it's pointless to fear death. Fearing it give's your enemies an advantage. It takes away energy better spent elsewhere on the battlefield. Focus on your strength, and those fight with you. Working together you can make a weakness into a strength."
She sipped her tea before continuing "As to the 'weight' that is place upon us, it is hard to bear at times I admit. But now I have one question for you"
"What reason do you fight Kazuma?"
"I fight to protect those I hold dear, and those that cannot protect themselves from the threat upon them. It's the same reason I joined the Air Force...though it's now a much larger task as Go-On Silver I do admit."
Amrita took another sip of tea and remarked "As we were drawn together by our partners, perhaps these others are as well. If so, then I feel we will all meet in due time. No offense to our unknown teammates but I'd rather focus on fighting the threats in front of me, rather than chasing endless shadows."
