Kivat, what do you think of the mecha battles? Are they 10x better than the ones today?

Oh man, the Mecha battles are wooooonderful. There nicely done. I mean I don't want to exaggerate and say 10x, but maybe 8x. lol I mean Shinken's doing alright in that department, but not enough, and bringing more mecha out of the blue isn't helping either. But I don't say this enough, don't blame the actors, for what's going on with sentai today, not even the writers entirely, Most of the blame she be on BoJ. If It weren't for them, then the writers wouldn't need to wiggle around the story and fit mechas in. But, when there are a bunch of fillers and nothing new is being introduced, that's when you blame the writers. lol

Plus you reminded me of something, another mistake Saban did was not including alot of the mecha scenes when they change battle helmets. That was a great old school gimmick. Plus no extra pieces. (I don't think?) But that's not a big deal with Zeo.

Speaking about battle helmets, I know this the Ohrangers stop using those interchangable battle helmets when they got they're Blocker Robos. I really miss them, it made it unique and had some pretty creative attacks.

Oh yeah, she got her ass whipped alot (I wish it was literally) but yeah, she sucked. It did get really annoying, trust me. but It was all for her mother and her fight with rook was amazing. So, I guess I admired that.

One fight. Things are looking brighter....

The Blocker Robo battles weren't too bad themselves. But the earlier battles with OhrangerRobo and Red Puncher were indeed some of Sentai's best. I mean, my God, the mecha actually move! Not ambling, but quickly walking, punching, kicking and even flipping and rolling on the ground. Oh is one of the last shows that still had entertaining mecha battles on a consistent basis.

None, the helmets came off the actual mecha and were included with the DX Ohranger Robo obviously.

I'm probably wrong, but how many people have actually watched Ohranger? From what I've seen, it seems like almost everyone has watched it to it's entirety. Like it's the most watched of the 90s sentai.

I'm watching episodes of it that was posted for download off of Tokuraws. I haven't seen the last two episodes yet.
