80's Rider Showdown

Between kamen riders who appeared in the 1980's. Who would have the winning edge with the limited technology back then?

  • Black / Black RX
  • Shadowmoon
  • ZX
  • Super-1
  • Dark Kiva
  • IXA

I would choose Dark Kiva, all he can do is counter any finishing attack and counter it into a Electric Death Choke. [HIDE]This happened to IXA[/HIDE] Other than that, he can summon the king symbol and pretty much play lawn tennis with the victimized rider and those who would soon follow the same fate.

In my view, nobody from Kiva is an 80's Rider in a real sense. I mean they're just modern type Riders running around Toshiki Inoue's flashback world. ..and Shadowmoon is not a Kamen Rider to begin with. Not once is he ever called nor does he call himself "Kamen Rider" and in context of the show the name is not used as just a technical term the way it is for something like Ryuki. The name has a reason and a purpose, that's why Kotaro chooses it rather than going by "Black Sun".

That leaves Super-1, ZX, and Black/RX. If forced to fight either of the other two heroes which he would never do willingly nor would they fight him, I'd give the edge to Black/RX. Though I would say that Super-1's Five Hands are nothing to be underestimated.

Decade Fury Form is total bullshit from a movie that is total bullshit from a series that turned out to be total bullshit.

The Kiva guys die from sitting around too long trying to figure out who's IXA and who's Dark Kiva now. RX kills BLACK and gets erased from history (or turns into a pumpkin) because he fucked up his own time line. Shadow Moon slips on a banana peel or something. Super-1 gets ZX to sit down and watch some stock footage on a crap 80's VCR, then judo chops him in the neck. And Decade no longer exists because he's been edited out his own series in the special edition repeats in order to better tie in with movie continuity.

So it's got to be Supes.
