8.9 Earthquake hits Japan, creates massive tsunami

[Punk]

Just by the massive Earthquake.

Everyone is focusing on the Tsunami and the Meltdown watch. I haven't seen any updates on Tokyo itself.

My friends in Tokyo are already going back to work, most of its buildings are made to withstand strong Earthquakes so it wasn't really that devastated when compared to Sendai. So I guess they need to work in order to gain the money needed for the country to recover.

That newspaper cartoon is fucked up.

I feel bad for everyone in Nihon right now.

Have any Tokusatsu alumni been confirmed dead because of this?.

So, they got the 3 deadliest natural disasters in less than a week? what the hell is going on in there? Damm! Poor Japan... so much for the Pacific Ocean, huh?

The cartton sure is from a messed up person... at times like these people should refrain that kind of stuff to themselves!

this makes me feel ashamed of my own country. my mum told me about it on the way home from Japanese class. I am disgusted by this. also, my mum went to the money changer to ask if the Yen rate will drop and what was the fucker's reply? "Pray for another earthquake."

Phew. My gf contacted me yesterday. Turns out that her house survived the tsunami. She is currently housing up to 15 people. They are waiting for the rescue team to come. Thank goodness.

Oh
Here is a little hope that shines through all the chaos

See people like these just make me want to leave the U.S. sooner. Granted the average person does not think that, and they're probably right wing loons (or religious hippies) but still...thats just stupid of them to say that.
