2011 Super Sentai-35th Anniversary- Changer/Theme Ideas Thread

Anything which features Goranger-Jetman is unadaptable for Power Rangers 2013, so you can forget about any Decade type ideas.

If the adaptions take two years to air and make it's possible for them to skip seasons if needed.

Besides thanks to the VS series, all the Sentai exist on the same world. So there's no need for the Decade idea.

...What? Go back and watch VR Troopers and Masked Rider; two shows that relied on 80's Toku for mid-90's television. If something as lame as that holds Toei back from giving us a proper anniversary series, then Power Rangers has gotta go.

Super Sentai already has the VS. Series of movies to accomplish that task. Going the "Kamen Rider Decade" route doesn't work for Sentai as well as it does with Rider........but that's b/c Heisei Riders rarely execute crossovers with one another until Den-O and Decade came into the picture.

If you wanna crossover all the Sentai series to celebrate the 35th anniversary.......JUST DO A VERSUS MOVIE WITH THE 35TH SENTAI SERIES.

What? BULL. Going the Kamen Rider Decade route WOULD have worked for Sentai far better than it did (not) work for Rider. Its been established for years that all the teams exist in the same world. Any number of ideas could incorporate characters from the last thirty five years of Sentai without some worthless throwaway movie in the vein of Boukenger versus Super Sentai (or All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker).

True. We can all say that the series is in the VS universe and not their own universe in a way. Now we can have random Sentai Senshi appearances and it still makes sense! :laugh:

for the insect/ninja theme i imagine it should be like a clan that fights against demons useing ninjutsu as cards.

the insects are to be a red scorpion,blue stag beetle, blackwidow spider(first black female),yellow hornet(male) and pink rhinoceros beetle, 6&7 is the green mantis, and white moth

When? And that doesn't even make sense. How can Zyuranger and Abaranger coexist in the same universe when their stories contradict each other?

I don't see it. Featuring those older Sentai series would make it easier for a PR adaptation, considering how they could just cast random people into the roles, without having to consider at all old actors.

Now, if the Zyuranger actually appeared and fought in a new Sentai series, THAT would give problems to Power Rangers, considering how they'd have to reference an early season and either bring back actors or explain why things are different now.

Huh... no, it hasn't. Team up movies aren't in continuity. It actually makes things more complicated. From one side, the Sentais clearly don't exist in the same world, from another, they interact without problems.

I think a series featuring previous Sentai teams should just assume that they live in the same world, due to those VS movies which have been going on for a long time now, but either decision (multiple worlds vs single world) would create problems from some point of view.

Monster themed sentai, ohgod pleeeeeeeeeease. I could have cried when last years monster rumour fell flat.

And the next person to mention a decade style sentai will have their heads smashed in the gutter. Decade was lazy, in both concept and execution, we shouldn't be encouraging it. I expected people to learn from Decade.
