Evolve Set to Receive Two New Free Maps Starting This Month
Turtle Rock Studios has announced that the asymmetrical first-person shooter game Evolve will offer players two brand new, free maps later this month. The new maps are the Broken Hill Mine and the Broken Hill Foundry, which feature new, unique environments for the game. The Broken Hill Mine map will feature the mining caves below the planet’s surface. The Broken Hill Foundry is a fully industrial setting and puts players in factory corridors. The new maps will be playable in Hunt, Nest and Rescue game modes through Skirmish, a Custom Match or an Evacuation campaign. Per Turtle Rock’s announcement, each new map will have new Evacuation campaign effects. Here are some of the new features and details for the Broken Hill Mine map: Set in a bohrium mine on Shear, featuring a deep labyrinth of caves running underneath the surface. The cave system is divided into three areas: a rock quarry; a venom hound nest; and a massive conveyor belt area. They all surround a central drill chamber. The map
