I can't believe people are calling out Accel on doing something just about every Showa rider did when they transformed.

W had some bad points due to philip. but the psychic link and the actual device are quite fast. Hell they can henshin while running.

So is america, russia, germany, etc. Point is Japanese soldiers DID commit various sex crimes but their leaders refuse to issue an apology. Uh-uh. Hikawa (as most Riders should) uses his transit time to armor up, and shows up to the fight ready to go. His is the most practical of all.
