Worst henshin device

Didn't Changerion have these henshin googles that he put on?

Yeah. So, apart from Jungle Fury, other heroes who has used "sunglasses/visors/goggles/eyepiece" (or whatever) as henshin items are....

-- Changerion w/ his "Chanvisor Mini"
-- Ultraseven w/ his "Ultra Eye"
-- the upcoming Ultraman Zero

Not sure if there are more.

Okay, I can see why people don't like the Tensouders. Personally, I'm neutral because on one hand it doesn't fit the whole angel/element motif. On the other hand, I kind of like transformation devices that use cards because of the additional vulnerability of losing them (as Alata did multiple times).

Okay, I'll pick my worst franchise devices for all three franchises.

Ultraman: It would have to be the Torch of Tiga. Daigo had to keep it hidden on him at all times. He couldn't even stick it in his pocket, he had to stash it inside his jacket. Plus if someone found it, his excuse would be flimsy at best.
Horii: "What's this?"
Daigo: "Uh... my remote."

Kamen Rider: Sorry, guys, but I'm going to have to go with the Faiz Belt on this one. Having two transformation devices, even ones that click together, just seems impractical to me.

Super Sentai: Of the series I've seen, I'm going to have to go with the Megaranger's devices. You needed to type in a code to activate it. Most of the other sentai series don't do that, not even the Goseigers.

American series: The Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills... actually their whole set-up was crappy. First their tattoos needed to blink, then they needed to find a portal where they would be transported to an underground cave where their blob boss explains the mission and who they'll be fighting. Then they need to stand on platforms and call out the name of constellations. Then they would be transported to the battlefield. And if they fall, the blob needs to teleport them back.

May I say that its almost the same as describing most of the Heisei Riders? (two items don't neccessarily mean a phone and the belt). With no cards to be inserted into the Blay Buckle, Kenzaki is doomed. With the KamenRide card in hand, but no Decadriver, Tsukasa will be in deep ****. Without those flying bugs, those straps on the Kabuto heroes are basically useless. Double-Driver strapped on, but Gaiamemories are left at home (or probably got stolen by some giant cockroach); oh ****?!

This.

The Zecter appear out of nowhere to their owner and you never see Tendou put on belt. He just calls the Zecter and no matter where he is it shows up!

That's way better than a lot of other henshin devices :p I think in term of two-part devices the Zabee Zecter is the best! The brace is hard to loose and discreet enough and the bee itself can fly in when called. I LOVE that set up.

Sorry, but I thought the code-setup devices wasn't that bad. I thought it looked pretty cool, to be honest.

I was just giving examples of two-part items/devices -- but whether one likes it or not, those flying Zectors needed to be attached onto the heroes' magically-appeared belt straps/braces/scorpion-sword thingy, before transformation was initiated.

I seem to recall a scene whereby the Bee Zector didn't go to the owner, but instead it landed on Tendou's hands (I believe its that PunchHopper dude? in his early episodes) -- and then he went.. "Oh crap?! Thats my Zector! Give it back to meeeee!!" So when **** like that happens, you're screwed as well.

It was Kagami who got the Zector. Zabee figured him more worthy since he wanted to protect the Zect troopers from the Worm while Yaguruma just wanted to kick Tendou's ass.

It's not THAT hard to put the Zector in place, heck in one scene the Kabuto Zector did it on its own with Tendou still with his hand in his pockets!
