I went with the Ninjas because they killed Miratrix, a villain that didn't have a suit or mask and was pretty much human.

I would have to go for Moltor's. It was so unexpected and quick, it was as if it wasn't even Power Rangers material. A brother killing...excuse me, I mean "destroying" his own brother is so raw. The most amusing was Kamdor's.
