Ibuki and Tuxedo Kamen had the same actor, his appearance in Decade (the entrance with those rose petals and girl students) reminded me of that.

Also, Kamen Rider Decade & Pretty Guardian Sailormoon just because Decade has a habit of passing through places he has no business being in (if you believe that Narutaki weirdo).

In my opinion, PGSM needed more explosions. More so for those clowns in the Special Act that took place after the series ended. If there were any monsters deserving of being blown up, it was them.
