Kamen Rider Double/W

Pretty much, yeah.

IMO, all Sentai movies just happen to fit with the their respective TV series without any "direct" continuity.........except for a small reference here or there in the TV series.

In terms of the VS. Sentai series, those are all AU. Even if that VS. movie references the "ending arc" of the previous Sentai series, it is still regarded as AU somewhat.

Shinkenger Fateful War takes place after Genta joins the team and his two Origami are activated, and before DaiGoyou's debut.

Shinkenger may have defined it.........now can you explain the other movies for the other Sentai series before them?

From what I read, Ginga VS Mega was set after the two shows ended. one way I can tell was someone teamed up with Gregory of the Space Pirates to revenge on the loss of Dr. Hinelar.

[Kamen Rider ShinkenRed]

Go-Ongers movie is after the debut of Go-On wings and JumboWhale, and before the debut of Kyouretsu-oh so is kinda harder to pinpoint

Isn't that usually the case for all VS movies?

Generally VS movies take place after the returning team's series and mid-way into the current series, so it was definitely a different approach.

This.
It's just so boring and lame to put the status of those movies to an AU.
