It's a trick that sellers use to draw more search hits to the items they sell. The guy is selling Mirroman Reflex DVDs, which isn't as well known as Kamen Rider or GARO or Super Sentai. He therefore adds the names of the more well known shows, and when someone on eBay searches for "Kamen Rider", his Mirroman Reflex DVDs will be included in the "hits" that turn up.
