What happened to Japan Access?

I was going to ask Jeff why the board got changed last year when the posts were gone and the layout were changed and did it start from scratch.

Do anyone know why it did that last year?

Anyways...Doesn't really bother me since I never found the board all that lively...or interesting really.

It was before...but now it seems that each and every post starts off with "Which Kamen Rider......" especially at the With a Vengeance part of the forum.
