What are your expections for Kamen Rider OOO?

It almost sounds like wanting to do the Tsukasa thing where they have a cheap excuse for random heel/face turns depending on however the script writer feels that day. "He doesn't care about anything, except for when he cares about something except for when he cares about nothing."

Meh, Tsukasa to me was more like the infamous hybrid of Tendou Souji and Takumi Inui.

He had the Tendou-like qualities b/c he did an expertise in damn near everything and wasn't afraid to brag about it.

He had Takumi-like qualities b/c whenever Tsukasa faced someone that was "better than him," he would act like a cocky **** and try to out duel the superior rival........only to get knocked back on his ass again.

This Rider character for Os.......he seems more like Takumi mixed in with some Ryotaro and Shinji. Ryotaro/Shinji in a sense, where it looks like he'll be knocked on his ass consistently by society for "having no life." Takumi in a sense, where he'll act cocky about not having a life to the world by saying "Damn right bitches, I have no fucking life."

It also happened not to include anything that's a pet peeve for me.
That.

You know, all this talk of combining Den-O with Faiz/Ryuki just sounds a little too much. The two are two completely different shows in the terms of story scale that a combination like that just seems to improbable to even work for even the laziest of developers.

I don't think it'll work, either, but it's the kind of idea that sounds good to an executive who doesn't have to do any actual creative work. I suspect Toei wants to make a show that draws in both the audience that loves the Inoue angst-fight shows and the Den-O color-comedy shows.

I thought Shinkenger was OK right up until the mandatory ugly looking mecha fight.

Yeah which was extra sad for me because I thought Shinken-Oh on it's own, minus any funny hats and tack-ons was a great design that fit the team well and looked good fighting.

Yeah it was ok. I liked the main go-onger mecha as well, but it was when they started cramming other **** onto it that I just gave up. Same thing happened with SHinkenger.

What agency are you hoping for?

Actually I don't care which agency, as long as we get some quality. But, since Toei and Amuse seem to be tighter than spandex on Eitoku's ass, we'll probably end up with another Hikaru Yamamoto miscast tragedy.

Wouldn't that be Double? :sly:

Yeah, but the angst in Double doesn't piss anyone off

(Rather, we're left wondering "Where did teh wincest go?" :P)
