We may not see them in this movie, which would be a darned shame, but we may see them in the future. Especially if this movie does well, and the producers develop compelling stories for them.

I don't think so, Mebius was in the limelight for 3 years before Zero showed up, in a way I'm kinda glad he's not in the spotlight anymore.

Hmmm, on the Ultraman Dyna page, Saga has been listed as a "crossover", like the AU Super 8 UltraBrothers; and not as a direct sequel/film, like Ultra Galaxy Legend. Wonder if they know something we don't?
