Ultraman Ginga: New Ultraman Retsuden - Pre-Discussion

[Reimon]

Already planning for Blu-ray & DVD? Seems like the series for Ginga is going to be short or something, I guess.

Isn't it just 13 episodes long?

[Shynilyte]

Yeah, I'm pretty sure episode numbers have already been confirmed. An old (April of this year) post on Rising Sun Tokusatsu says there's 6 episodes in the summer arc, one special in September, 5 episodes for the New Year's arc, and another special after that.

But generally, the Ultra series is usually end up to 49-50 or more.

[Shynilyte]

There's been quite a number of short shows, no? Ultra Galaxy, Seven X, Ultra Q Neo. And that's not even counting the direct-to-video stuff.

Yes, but we've known from the very start that Ginga was going to be a short series.

[Reimon]

Oh well, I guess that's what it's going to be then. Not complaining about it. Looking forward for the first episode.

The henshin toy has been released.

Wow. They actually recorded the sound effects from all the ultras and monsters.

That's impressive to have all the sound effects from all the ultras and monsters. Imagine Saga is included for the Spark Dolls.

Cool, but no 80, Astra, Dyna, Neos, Max, Xenon, Nexus, Next, Mebius, Hikari, Zero, Cosmos, Justice, Glenfire, MirrorKnight, Jean-bot and most important thing - Red King?
That means they are going to be out later?
