You can always buy them separately. It will probably cost a little more, but you'd be spending it over a period of time, instead of all at once.

I think it would be smarter to put aside a little money each pay check to go toward that purchase and get them all together for cheaper.

I can tell you for 100% fact, that is not Devastator. It's this guy. It's misstransformed, but you can still tell. Interestingly, the treads actually turn into the wheels.
