Tokusatsu TV Ratings Thread

That's true, but it's not all that different from U.S. television either. Cable startin to take a chunk, same with Japanese audiences :disappoin

Ask anybody who's a fan of a particular show, they'll make the time.

I wasn't just talking about the people who want to watch the show. I had already assumed they'd watch it no matter the time, but if a show came on at a more convenient time to where more random people would tune into it, indeed it would help the ratings. :P

I agree. But what can you do! If the companies want more viewers I doubt they'd hesitate to move it's time. They've done it before, they just obviously feel Tokusatsu is not their most lucrative genre at the moment :redface2: They don't give two shits about the fans.

Whilst ratings aren't an indicator of series quality, the fact that Den-O got the lowest of the KR franchise is hardly rocket science.

I haven't seen it all of the way through, but what I have seen hasn't impressed me. It looks good and the comedy can be funny at times, but I'll personally be overjoyed if they never try this light/comedic experiment again.

So, uh... since Gekiranger has been over now, what's the rating for the whole series of Gekiranger?

Intresting, I've always wondered what the highest rated Sentai was.

I know it maybe a bit early, but any chances you can get the ratings for Kiva/Go Onger?
