Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters vs. Gokaiger

I think they're rebuilt, not "reused". During 199 Heroes, the 90s and 80s robots seemed to be only stock footage.

Same here. I think we got the three here because Toei had extra cash and wanted to do something special and not use the same suits past ten suits. Another theory I heard around the interwebs was that Daizyujin and Ryuuseioh are being used because they were remade for Power Rangers and they just decided to use them here. No explanation on pre PR Flash King, maybe just some variety.

Actually it's a common staple of VS series for the teams to recognize each other even though they've never met. It doesn't always happen, but sometimes it does.

I always figured that was because the Toku equivalent of CNN reports on them (No news station worth their salt will disregard an alien invasion with giant robots). I never thought it meant they fought together, although that might be the case this time thanks to Super Hero Taisen.

Also, the Go-Busters somehow already knew about the Gokaiger in their pre-series cameo during the Vs Gavan movie.

Again, CNN. Definitely not a fight together. Of course, it could also just be an out of continuity moment, but I prefer to think otherwise. (Ask me how I deal with Ohranger vs. Kakuranger and Abaranger vs. Hurricanger. :) )

The Gokaiger's existence was pretty common knowledge on earth, given the fact that they were the only ones standing against the huge space empire after the previous Super Sentai lost there powers, and their arriving on earth trying to hold the planet to ransom. My point is in a universe in which the Gokaiger's exist, we should not be questioning the idea that the Go-Busters, or any other Sentai Team, is aware of the Gokaiger's existence, especially in Goakiger's own film.

There was a fire that destroyed much of the props and suits from the 90s and 80s , so they had to recreate them from scratch. It's worthy to also note that they weren't exactly kept in the best shape either.
