I just got back from watching it. It was pretty awesome, especially considering that I had no expectations for the movie. Ive never been a fan of Thor but it definitely portrayed a larger-than-life atmosphere as far as Thor universe went. Loki's endgame did seem a bit foggy towards teh end, but I guess it makes sense. Thor himself was badass. And I liked the suits of all the warriors and royalty. Odin's was surprisingly kickass. The design of the other world and the structures were well done. This was definitely a superhero movie.

One thing that I didnt get was the reference at the very end, after the credits.

Yeh, well I havent read a marvel comic in a decade and even when i did, i wasnt too deep into the mythology. So I had no clue about it.

Also, Im pretty sure there are some people who didnt see the movie and dont want anything spoiled for them. Maybe you should make that hidden.

I came...and god dammit Scarlett Johanson is probably my favorite white actress..ever.

Thing is, I can't really say that since I've only seen her in Ironman 2..surprisingly. :hmm: Why haven't I seen her movies?

She was pretty awesome in The Island.

I finally saw Thor in the theater with closed captions. It was freaking awesome. I loved every moment of this. Stan Lee's cameo was hilarious.

At the ending credit, the text said... "Thor will return in The Avengers", I got even more excited.

My goodness, Thor was a fantastic movie. I wasn't big on Thor, considering how they had to create Asgard and fuse various fantasy themes, I didn't how Brannagh would pull it off.

But he did. Liam Hemsworth is a bajillion times better than his brother, and he was a badass Thor. I loved Asgard, it was very pleasing to the eyes. The Gatekeeper was also a badass. Odin, Loki, Thor's friends were wonderfully designed. I also loved the Destroyer.

Props for Agent Coulson! Uniting the Marvel Universe, one movie at a time. I lol'd when he saw the Destroyer and was like "Stark never tells me anything..."

The instant that guy chose the bow and arrow over a sniper rifle, I knew it was Hawkeye. I squealed in my seat.

DUDE!!! COSMIC CUBE!!! It took me awhile to register that, but we definitely now know what the plot of Captain America is about now.
