He did not. Watch the oath again and listen to the news reports, the chief justice messed up. The NEWS said he did and the chief justice apologized. Dude, its not the President's responsibility to lead the oath its the Chief Justice and he screwed it up.

Yeah, you're right. I read the article and I watched the oath again. It was the Chief Justice that botched it.

I still can't believe there are still people out there that want Obama to screw up. Don't they don't that if he failed we are all screwed and not just the people who voted for him? I don't get that logic.

I hope Ted Kennedy gets better after that seizure today at the lunch

Its really surreal that he's the actual president now. I didn't hit me until Cheney left in that limo and Bush left in the Helicopter.

There are two thing from this day I still don't understand: One is why do we have a prayer before and after the oath?( not that prayer is bad but I thought that its suppose to be a separation of church and state), and Two is why are there ten Inaugural balls? Isn't it a bit much?

I think he's gonna open the White House to the public (I might be wronge)so you can just probably just walk in there and hand it to him. Just make sure it's a Colt 45!!

1 - Traditional since the first Inauguration
2 - Tradition since Madison's Inauguration started by his wife, which Wilson stopped during his presidency and Eisenhower returned when he got into office.
