Other than that, it's not even worth their time to fight off the "Super Sqaudrons"

Well, there's a scan where Akaranger by himself is fighting W and Kiva, which probably means that neither can match him individually. On the other hand, there's also an image where some Heisei Riders on bike (Kabuto, W, Kiva) are running over two or three full Sentai teams at once (Zyuranger, Megaranger and some other, or just those two)...

Well, Toei holds their "vintage" heroes in high regard. If the Showa Riders appear in this movie, I wouldn't be surprised to see Ichigo beating newer teams like Shinkenger or Goseiger.

New Riders, no matter how competent or powerful they're shown to be in their own series, are **** and helpless against old villains.

Old Riders are Godlike and unstoppable.

In the big hero fight or in the whole movie? The former I could see, though it's not really fair to Sentai if its old-schoolers are all like "KILL THEM RIDERS!" while it's the Riders that ultimately are the voice of reason. And I say this as a Rider fan who likes seeing the old guys treated as somewhat mythic and still as tough as anyone.

In the whole movie though... that would just be dumb.

I like to see them appear near the end or in the middle. I just hate their image (Rider and Sentai) ruined by hero vs hero fights.
