^ It's more in line with the SICs created from Ryuki onwards. Muscular, exagerated headsculpt features, bluish-green veins where applicable to break up the black. That's why Agito got redone, that's why Kuuga is getting redone. Now all the Heisei leads have the same style. I mean, look at Hibiki or Blade and try claiming they're significantly different from the original design.

The original idea might've been to make SICs look like monsterous incarnations of the original characters, but since an overwhelming majority don't fit that characteristic, it's time to accept the purpose of SICs has changed.

And for record, Gouram is fairly stylized.

Hmmm... Perhaps you're right that SIC is no longer the same with looking "monstrous", but that really isn't the problem for me. I mean look at how that New Den-O Vega form, of course you can never go "monstrous" with that kind of character, but the SIC rendition made it look epic which is good, rather than how SIC Double turned out, not having anything "special" if you know what I mean.

I'm actually very pleased with what they did with Blade by stylising the head/eyes and making the chest armour much less clunky.

Agree! Blade, Agito, the first two volumes of Kuuga and Decade probably are the most SIC'fied Heisei riders so far. I'm pretty curious, with how pleased Musashi is with Den-O Vega form, can someone show me an in-show picture of Vega and Teddy? Teddy looks like a mecha monster to me. Looks VERY different from the taros.

Anyways, I guess we won't really have a problem with non-monstrous looking SICs, look at older sets perhaps? ZO and Doras for one, they look good and it didn't take ZO to look like a monster like Doras. I guess it's really just the small metal parts, some additional but small details, like lines and green line shadings on their black body parts and exaggerations on a few parts would pretty much give off a SIC vibe. It just need to give off an epically stylish or angry/scary aura probably.

It's not monstrous since it isn't supposed to be monstrous, but it did have a touch of steampunk in it which I like.

I'm still waiting on one more figure to be shipped to Ex-Japan before I get my package shipped to me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I'll have it by the end of next week.

Still waiting on inshow pictures of the Den-O forms that I can't seem to google out. And seriously, no one else here wants a stand alone SIC momo? =/

EDIT- WAIIT! I'd got an idea! Can Momo's armors and stuff be taken off and pasted on with the Plat Form parts? SIC Momo isn't that bad, could probably use him to represent kaijins or something. Oh well.

Hahaha why don't you just get them both? I mean if I had sword form, it would make sense to have Momo around. I'd display it as if Momo was standing behind sword form, same as I would display Sieg behind wing form if I had both. :sweat:

Well for me I'm looking for a reimagining of the supposed Rider, not really a monstrous design. That's how I feel personally, because of how Black turned out though someone people like that design. I want something to feel "Woah, that is badass!" which sometimes isn't conveyed in the actual series suits themselves.
