Oddly enough, it doesn't look all that different from Ken's custom.

I beg to disagree, Ken's custom Double has edges that are intentionally made to look sharp like the shoulder pads, chest, etc. and it looks thinner. While that other one looks more muscular and bulky and has rounder details.

So for me, that other SIC Double is a bit show accurate, but is beefed up a bit.

Ken's uses the Agito/Machine Tornador SIC as a base. So the figure isn't actually thinner, it just looks that way. The shoulder area is probably far wider, which gives it that visual effect. You can also look at the back. The angle is around the same, but Ken's is concave.

I'll agree it has sharper edges, but the chest area is personally hideous in Ken's version. (His CJX turned out far better)
