Sometimes I look at my Figuarts collection, over 30 figures, and I think that's a lot of money. Should really keep it to the 'must haves.'

Same... though I've been abiding to getting "only what I want" already. Yet I still have 30+ Figuarts. :O_O: I don't buy repaints (e.g. all those Kuugas, etc.) unless I like them (e.g. NeoZectroopers) but I sometimes buy duplicates (e.g. Shadow Zectroopers). Guess that basically cancels everything out so I still have a lot... :laugh:

Maybe I'm still not selective enough... :sweat: ...or Bandai makes too much good stuff I can't pass on. :shakefist

I've also been guilty of thinking about pre-ordering certain exclusives simply because it's an exclusive and I just "kind of" want it mainly based on that reason. Not a very good reason, IMO. :redface2:

I'm new to Figuarts, only currently having the SHF Kabuto figure, but the big has bitten me hard. I actually got in to Kamen Rider from another forum and shortly after, went a bit crazy on toys lol. The Figuarts are amazing figures, and my collection will definitely continue to grow. I have a couple on pre-order for June, and right now I'm looking at getting a Decade Complete SHF.

You can blame it on Bandai for making Figuarts so damned good.

Seriously doesn't matter what character you get, you know you're getting a good figure.

Initially I wasn't interested in the SHF line as I was investing a lot into the SICs, but lately I have really fallen for the SHFs. I love the show-accuracy with just that little bit of stylization to make them stand out. The die-cast feet are great too! At least with SHF you know what you are getting.

It's not like SIC where they have been removing a LOT of die-cast pieces! Some of the designs are still cool that are being released, but with the metal dwindling, and the prices going up, it's become really hard to want more than just the figures I really like. Example; I have always loved IXA and Gatack, but I dont want Dark Kiva or Dark Kabuto at all, but I will get em and maybe just sell off the extra figures on here... After that, any new releases are going to be really dependent on who the characters are.

As far as SHF goes... Man, I really could go for just about every character, or at least every main form and one power-up (like W CJ and W FJ, or Kuuga Mighty and maybe Kuuga Ultimate... Though Rising Mighty looks awesome too, and of course IXA and Rising IXA).

Ugh... I don't like SICs. I'm not sure if they've improved on SIC figures since they put out those GARO figures a few years ago, but I always have my fingers in pain after assembling and always in fear that some parts might break. Hence, I hardly ever handle my SIC figures. Just put them together and they basically just stand there on the shelf. :redface2:

For GARO, I wanted figures and those were the only option. But for Kamen Rider, I'll take S.H.Figuarts over SIC anyday. :sweat:

You can blame it on Bandai for making Figuarts so damned good.

I'm not a big fan of them either.

Some characters suit the style, and then there are those that don't...
