Strongest Secondary Kamen Rider Forms

If the ten Heisei Riders got into a real fight. And then can only go secondary mode. Which Rider do you think will Kick the most ass and why?

Secondary Form? Don't you mean ultimate form? Secondary form is more like Kiva's Garulu form or Kuuga's Dragon form or Agito's Storm form.

Anyway, I voted for the form that currently resides in my avatar

Kuuga just raises his hands and draws infinite power and either

a) Everyone sets on fire and blows up

or

b) Everyone blows up without setting on fire

or

c) Whatever death scene you want

Why does this list seem biased agains Kuuga and Agito? Weel, it doesn't really matter since they both can take out the rest of this list with a DABURU KIICK!

If it is meant as secondary, it should have Blade's Jack form and not King. And you'd have to leave guys with just two forms off, unless you are going to count the armored form of Kabuto.


Either way, due to this confusion I abstain from voting.
