Sentai 2012 - Tokumei Sentai Gobusters - Picture and News Thread

So, what's up with all this cross-eyed rage towards 3D?

It's a pointless gimmick that takes away from the experience instead of enhancing it, that's what.

Guys, can you take your chitchat back to Power Chamber?

A certain someone here can't take a joke.

So... Who, like me, thought that, besides the cool special effects, Go-Buster Oh debut was pretty unremarkable?

[GokaiBlack]

I thought the Go-Buster Oh debut was nicely played out, It really linked well the Hiromu's backstory and how it effected them from combining in the first place. It the makes the show more intriguing as it progresses, knowing that the Team still has flaws that'll eventually even out as time goes on, which leads to them kicking more ass in a better way.

This is something I wished Gokiager had done more thoroughly, along with more focus on each characters backstory, but then again it was an Annviersary season, a brilliant one at that.

I like Go-Buster Oh's debut. Aside from the design, which I like alot (except for Ace's arms folded backward), I think it is great that they had to account for the enemy megazords while the three mechs are being combined as one. It's something that it rarely seen in Super Sentai, and it definitely adds more tension to the fusion sequence and not just dialed-in like previous series. And the ultimate attack was very awesome, and powerful one at that since it can cut down both an Omega and a Beta model of the megazord. I can't wait to see more of it in the next episode.

I'm curious about Beat Buster's boots

Nice to see the full body figurine of Beet & Stag Busters, even if they're only molds. I wonder what these are supposed to be...action figures?

[MidoriKaze]

From that photo, maybe they're like kick and punch hopper..

Since Stag Buster is a Buddyroid, that just makes me imagine him going "I ... am ... depressed. Let ... us ... hide ... from ... the ... light" in this robotic monotone

Since Cheeda and Usada like to argue with Gorisaki serves as their mediator, I wonder how Stag will fit in the crowd. Personally, I think all the Buddyroids have very human-like personalities, and much more interesting than Gosei Knight has been, so I expect Stag to follow suit.
