i believe it is very similar to tiga. the boobs swivel in and out to allow amazon to move its arms forward all the way. the initial designs would get caught onto the boobs blocking forward.

I believe that's the complete Gigi Arm bracelet that Amazon gains somewhere in his series, back in 1974 and in KR Decade.

It's the Gigi and Gaga Armlets attached to each other, the same way they were in the last episode of the original Amazon series. They hook together at the beak. It looks kinda silly.
