In before "Riotrooper has thunder thighs!"

Actually, I'd say that the "thunder thighs" are a lot less noticeable on the Riotrooper. I think it might be the way he is designed. There is something about his visual aesthetic that just takes away from his thighs. Maybe everything else is more proportionate now?
