Rider story in mind.

ok so i was suddenly hit with this big urge to start writing a kamen rider fanfic. and i started concocting some ideas in my head of the potential plot of the story. ive already have in my mind the kind of riders they are going to be. the problematic parts for me are the villains of the story, and how they are a threat.
i was thinking of going back to the old ways where the riders are up against an organization. but the organization runs the country, and it has the people's full support. the riders are deemed as the evil ones by the general public. and there is open hostility towards them. a 10 person board runs the organization, and they hold possession over the army, which they use against the riders. needless to say at this point, the riders wont be fighting monsters, but humans. i dont know yet if i want to throw in the idea of the organization experimenting on their soldiers to counter the riders.
i intend to make this a really dark story. the theme of it is the enormous will it takes for a person to kill another human being, but for the vision one feels is the right, it must be done. kind of a machiavellian theme to it i guess.
i want to request the members to throw some ideas my way concerning what is the threat posed by the organization. and also because this is my first fanfic, i would appreciate some feedback over the feasibility of my story. thx.

personaly its a great story idea,with the organization rullin and havin the general public on their side.....BUT u need Kaijin up in this mofo,homes!!!!!!I dont actually see a Rider doin his signature finisher to an average joe and the human just burst into flames like that: BLOOOWWWWWW!!!!!!:redface2:
except that everythin is nice.

all riders will only have one form. weapons...i dont know yet. though i think ill use the same weapons as the teenage mutant ninja turtles did...

lol i suppose the breast plates do look like ryuutaro's. i tried my best not to incorporate any of previous designs but it was really hard.

anyways a little update on my story. the organization is caught in a stalemate war with another country. but they have found a deposit of ores somewhere that could possibly give them edge they need to win it. propagandizing this, the people rally in support of their leaders. only the kamen riders are skeptical about the effectiveness of these ores. i have yet to think of what the consequences are for using them.

the two starting riders will be brothers. im thinking of the battles more along the lines of the riders against machinery now, such as tanks, helicopters, and also still infantry. more riders will be introduced as necessary.

sorry those will come soon after my exams are done on monday. then i can really let loose on the ideas.
right now im just quickly thinking of henshin moves.

one idea i got was the person could henshin by striking a match. hed light it up, say henshin, and throw it the ground, and burst into flames. kinda like hibiki. this riders name im thinking... kamen rider tango.

kamen rider sierra would strike the earth, say henshin, and this whole pillar of earth would spew out of the ground and engulf him. then hed punch through the walls, itd crumble, and hed step out as sierra.

please help me mold my ideas as you see best. thx.

edit: woohoo new rider, kilo. im gonna name the riders after the military alphabet code. sierra was s, tango was t, k is kilo.
